操作規(guī)程

一、配電柜為船舶配電中樞八產(chǎn)和設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),任何無(wú)關(guān)人員不得扳動(dòng)板上的開(kāi)關(guān)。
二、發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)后,應(yīng)利用動(dòng)力屏升速開(kāi)關(guān)手動(dòng)緩慢加速,直到發(fā)電機(jī)進(jìn)入正常工作狀態(tài),電壓與頻率達(dá)到規(guī)定值,方可合閘送電。
三、配電板進(jìn)入配電狀態(tài)后,不得隨意拔動(dòng)動(dòng)力屏升速開(kāi)關(guān),空氣斷路器的閉鎖開(kāi)關(guān)非緊急情況不得使用。
四、發(fā)電機(jī)并聯(lián)運(yùn)行要嚴(yán)格按照并車條件要求與規(guī)定進(jìn)行操作,要注意出現(xiàn)逆功率(逆流)和并車失敗等現(xiàn)象。
五、停機(jī)時(shí)應(yīng)先切斷發(fā)電機(jī)負(fù)荷,然后空載停車,不得帶負(fù)荷直接停機(jī)。
六、交插岸電時(shí),應(yīng)先切斷岸電屏各動(dòng)力開(kāi)關(guān),然后檢查接線與相序的正確性,確認(rèn)正確后,方可實(shí)施船岸電的轉(zhuǎn)換,嚴(yán)禁帶負(fù)荷操作。
七、配電柜應(yīng)定期進(jìn)行清潔和維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作,以便使設(shè)備始終處于良好的工作狀態(tài)。
八、發(fā)電機(jī)工作,輪機(jī)人員進(jìn)行配電板操作時(shí),應(yīng)集中思想,謹(jǐn)慎操作,防止意外事故發(fā)生,否則將追究個(gè)人事故責(zé)任。

Charge and discharge panels are emergency distribution boards for ships. Turbine workers should regularly check their working conditions, ensure that low voltage power is sufficient at any time, and master the working conditions of the magnetic saturation regulator through the instrument on the board.
During normal navigation, the switches on the distribution board should be connected to ensure that the generator can be started at any time and can be put into use at any time when it is required.
