什么是列頭柜?
列頭柜是一列機(jī)柜設(shè)備比較頂端的一個(gè)機(jī)柜。通常在比較前端的叫列頭柜,比較末端的叫列尾柜,主要功能是對(duì)這一列柜的交流或者直接負(fù)載提供電源,起到配電,監(jiān)控,測(cè)量、保護(hù)、告警等功能。列頭柜類似于柜式的配電箱,里面集中了很多斷路器電源分配列柜簡(jiǎn)稱列頭柜,而列頭柜又分為普通列頭柜和精密列頭柜。普通列頭柜主要用于通信機(jī)房及站傳輸設(shè)備機(jī)房,安裝在設(shè)備的列頭和列尾,與條形架通信機(jī)列、光端機(jī)列等配套,通過本設(shè)備中的配電裝置,為通信設(shè)備進(jìn)行電源配。
精密列頭柜是機(jī)房配電在整個(gè)機(jī)房中起到至關(guān)重要的一環(huán),但是也是很容易被忽視的一關(guān),現(xiàn)在的機(jī)房設(shè)備服務(wù)器、空調(diào)、UPS、風(fēng)機(jī)等都已經(jīng)做到了隨時(shí)可以監(jiān)控的這一步,而機(jī)房配電的監(jiān)控恰恰是一個(gè)空白,傳統(tǒng)的配電柜也只是幾個(gè)表頭加上幾路所需的開關(guān)而已,即使做動(dòng)環(huán)監(jiān)控也只是在配電柜里進(jìn)行二次改造增加各種模塊。這樣既繁瑣而且效果也不大。
機(jī)房配電回路一般是雙路市電接入,首先進(jìn)市電配電箱,一部分給UPS,一部分給空調(diào)和照明、普通插座,UPS下端再進(jìn)UPS配電柜,分配到各個(gè)列頭柜,經(jīng)列頭柜后接入各機(jī)柜PDU再到負(fù)載。
列頭柜電源進(jìn)線一般選用雙電源進(jìn)線,當(dāng)一路電源系統(tǒng)故障斷電時(shí),另一路電源自動(dòng)投入以保證供電連續(xù)性。為實(shí)現(xiàn)短路、過載保護(hù),在雙電源前使用塑殼斷路器,提供短路、過載保護(hù),還具備隔離功能,方便檢修。箱內(nèi)一般需設(shè)置電氣火災(zāi)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),電氣火災(zāi)探測(cè)器和監(jiān)控單元。由于機(jī)房設(shè)備對(duì)雷擊非常敏感,所以一般要選配浪涌保護(hù)器。
列頭柜的主要出線回路可以選擇塑殼斷路器,如果有需要,可以加裝漏電模塊。機(jī)房設(shè)備的供電連續(xù)性非常重要,列頭柜進(jìn)線處配置有電力參數(shù)測(cè)量?jī)x,能實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)視電氣參數(shù)水平,及時(shí)發(fā)送故障報(bào)警信號(hào),提前發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在的故障隱患,同時(shí)監(jiān)視用電能耗水平。
