配電柜、高低壓配電箱的安全技術(shù)要求規(guī)范
Specification for safety technical requirements of distribution cabinet and high and low voltage distribution box
1、 配電箱、開(kāi)關(guān)箱的箱體材料，一般應(yīng)選用鋼板，亦可選用絕緣板，但不宜選用木質(zhì)材料。
1. Generally, the material of distribution box and switch box should be steel plate or insulating plate, but wood material is not suitable.
2、電箱、開(kāi)關(guān)箱應(yīng)安裝端正、牢固，不得倒置、歪斜。固定式配電箱、開(kāi)關(guān)箱的下底與地面垂直距離應(yīng)大于或等于1.3m、小于或等于1.5m；移動(dòng)式分配電箱、開(kāi)關(guān)箱的下底與地面的垂直距離應(yīng)大于等于0.6m、小于等于1.5m。
2. The electric box and switch box shall be installed upright and firmly without inversion and skew. The vertical distance between the bottom of fixed distribution box and switch box and the ground shall be greater than or equal to 1.3m and less than or equal to 1.5m; the vertical distance between the bottom of mobile distribution box and switch box and the ground shall be greater than or equal to 0.6m and less than or equal to 1.5m.
3、進(jìn)人高低壓配電柜的電源線，嚴(yán)禁用插銷(xiāo)連接。
3. It is strictly forbidden to connect the power lines entering the high and low voltage distribution cabinet with bolts.
4、電箱之間的距離不宜太遠(yuǎn)。分配電箱與開(kāi)關(guān)箱的距離不得超過(guò)30m。開(kāi)關(guān)箱與固定式用電設(shè)備的水平距離不宜超過(guò)3m。
4. The distance between electric boxes should not be too far. The distance between distribution box and switch box shall not exceed 30m. The horizontal distance between switch box and fixed electrical equipment should not exceed 3M.
5、每臺(tái)用電設(shè)備應(yīng)有各自專用的開(kāi)關(guān)箱。施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)每臺(tái)用電設(shè)備應(yīng)有各自專用的開(kāi)關(guān)箱，且必須滿足“一機(jī)一閘一漏”要求，嚴(yán)禁用同一個(gè)開(kāi)關(guān)電器直接控制兩臺(tái)及兩臺(tái)以上用電設(shè)備（含插座）。
5. Each electrical equipment shall have its own special switch box. Each electrical equipment in the construction site shall have its own special switch box, which must meet the requirements of "one machine, one switch and one leakage". It is strictly forbidden to use the same switch to directly control two or more electrical equipment (including sockets).
6、開(kāi)關(guān)箱中必須設(shè)漏電保護(hù)器，其額定漏電動(dòng)作電流應(yīng)不大于30mA，漏電動(dòng)作時(shí)間應(yīng)不大于0.1s。
6. The switch box must be equipped with leakage protector, the rated leakage action current shall not be greater than 30mA, and the leakage action time shall not be greater than 0.1s.
7、為了確保安全，所有配電箱門(mén)應(yīng)配鎖，不得在配電箱和開(kāi)關(guān)箱內(nèi)掛接或插接其他臨時(shí)用電設(shè)備，開(kāi)關(guān)箱內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁放置雜物
7. In order to ensure safety, all distribution box doors should be equipped with locks. It is not allowed to connect or plug in other temporary electrical equipment in the distribution box and switch box. It is strictly forbidden to place sundries in the switch box
